Richard was great. The studio is very well laid out and he made me feel at ease straight away. He took great care over the fit and I was very happy. I have had a Retul bike fit before and this was so much better. The explanation of the various angles and their implications was so much easier to understand with real life examples of how changes would affect me. Excellent service.
